Global Health & outreach

Advancing POCUS Through Global Collaboration & Insight

At DENMAR Medical Education, LLC, we believe that access to high-quality Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) education should not be limited by geography or resources.  Our Global Health & Outreach initiative is dedicated to expanding sustainable POCUS education throughout Africa and the Caribbean, empowering healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to improve patient care in underserved communities. Through strategic partnerships with hospitals, residency programs, medical schools, ministries of health, and nonprofit organizations, DENMAR aims to build lasting POCUS curriculums that strengthen local healthcare systems, reduced ER waiting time, over-crowding and unnecessary usage of other diagnostic tools.

Our Global Health Mission

  • Establish sustainable POCUS education programs across Africa and the Caribbean to serve vulnerable regions.

  • Train physicians, residents, and allied healthcare professionals in POCUS at the bedside.

  • Develop local instructors through a "Train-the-Trainer" model to ensure long-term programs sustainability.

  • Integrate POCUS into residency training and undergraduate medical education.

  • Foster international collaboration through education, mentorship, and research.
