Longitudinal Curriculum Design
An educational framework in which learning intentionally integrated into 3 years residency programs, allowing residents to develop progressively. It incorporates recurring didactic sessions, hands-on workshops, bedside scanning, supervised clinical integration, quality assurance, and competency assessments throughout the period.
